What is ProcrastiGauge?

Short answer: ProcrastiGauge is a daily check-in app for students and other busy people. You answer a few quick questions about your day, it turns them into a score out of 100, explains what lifted or held back that score, and suggests one change to try tomorrow. It runs on Android and in a web browser.

The details

ProcrastiGauge is built around three habits that research links to better goal progress: recording what you actually did, planning specific next steps, and reviewing your progress regularly (see the related questions below for the evidence).

The standard check-in takes about a minute: a few one-tap questions about the whole day. A fuller check-in (one set of questions per part of the day) is optional. After each check-in you see your score, a short-term plan, a long-term plan and a deeper breakdown of the day. The app also tracks streaks, shows a weekly report on the day you choose, and has a feature called Roast me that teases your habits out loud and then explains how to fix them.

ProcrastiGauge is available in English and Spanish. New accounts get a 7-day free trial; after that it is a paid subscription.
