How long does a ProcrastiGauge check-in take?
Short answer: The standard ProcrastiGauge check-in takes about a minute: seven one-tap questions about your whole day, then at most two more chosen from your answers, and it ends by planning the first task for tomorrow. If you want more detail, a full check-in is one tap away and takes about 3 to 7 minutes.
Key facts
- Quick check-in: about 1 minute (8 to 10 questions)
- Full check-in: about 3 to 7 minutes
- Switch any time at the start of a check-in
The details
The quick check-in asks whether you finished your main task, when you started, how much real work you did, your longest focused stretch, how far the day moved you toward your goal, your mood and your self-care. Each answer is a single tap and moves on by itself.
The extra questions depend on the day: if you started late or did not finish, it asks why; if your focus was weak, it asks what pulled you away. The full check-in asks about each part of the day separately and adds a rotating set of detail questions and AI follow-ups. You can switch between the two at the start of any check-in, and also have the questions read aloud or answer them by voice.
