Delete your account and data

Delete your account inside the app

Open ProcrastiGauge, go to Profile, then Data & privacy. "Delete account" permanently deletes your account and everything stored for it. "Delete my data" erases your check-ins, scores and XP but keeps your account.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and data and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, check-ins, scores, XP, settings and saved drafts. Anything sent to our AI provider for analysis is not kept by us after the response.

What may remain

Payment records held by our payment provider (Google Play or Stripe), which they must keep for tax and legal reasons. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or Stripe. Cancel it in Profile, Subscription, Manage, or in your Google Play subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
